ScaleUp Accelerator Program
ScaleUp is designed for business owners who are already operating and ready to grow. This is not a startup program; it's a structured, intensive accelerator for entrepreneurs who have an existing business and are committed to scaling it. Over ten weeks, participants gain the tools, relationships, and capital access to compete at a higher level, and graduate with a completed business plan, a professional network, and direct pathways to procurement contracts and new markets.

Stage 1
Apply and Qualify
Fill Out the Interest Form: The team reviews your business profile based on eligibility criteria like stage, revenue, and location in Dallas County. Attend a One-on-One Interview and discuss goals with program staff to assess readiness for the program. Complete Business Assessments to identify challenges, strengths, and opportunities. Receive Orientation Packet: Selected participants get a detailed orientation packet outlining expectations and the schedule before the first module. |
Stage 2
10 Intensive Clinics
Attend 10 weekly four-hour clinics on business growth, financial management, and more, based on the Kauffman FastTrac® Growth Venture curriculum. Participate in one-on-one sessions with business advisors to tackle specific challenges like financial modeling and scaling operations. Utilize AI tools for automating communications and financial reporting. Access supplemental webinars on topics such as SBE certification, accounting, and marketing strategy. Develop and present a complete business plan as a graduation requirement. |
Stage 3
Implement and Grow
Receive your graduation certificate after successfully completing business program. Join a success network of procurement representatives, successful entrepreneurs, and business resource members. Enhance or establish your e-commerce presence and digital marketing to improve capital access. Position your business for B2G, B2B, and B2C opportunities with the required compliance and documentation. |
