Duties:1. Effectively and efficiently deliver the services of VisitDallas to assist member partners connecting their brand and services to the hospitality industry. 2. Manage partner account files and information in CRM to ensure activity information is always available and in accordance with VisitDallas standards. 3. Play an active role in the annual marketing plan by contributing marketing ideas, assist in the implementation of departmental hospitality programs and other services related to fulfill the VisitDallas strategic mission. 4. Develop effective relationships with stakeholders to maximize performance that results in customer satisfaction. 5. Continued ongoing customer contact - written and verbal. 6. Develop a plan to include lead generation and acquisition. 7. Assist Sr. Partner Experience Manager with PartnerNet training and client usage. 8. Follow through on invoices for member partner dues to ensure information is correct and payment is made. 9. Distribute information and leads to members in a timely manner. 10. Professionally represent VisitDallas at industry and association meetings. 11. Track productivity and send sales and retention reports as needed. 12. Post Event actions include surveys, thank you letters, and entry of information into CRM. 13. Continue regular phone, e-mail, and in-person correspondence with member partners to keep updated on any changes in CRM profiles. 14. Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
Experience Required:• Detailed working knowledge of hospitality industry, knowledge of hotels/motels, attractions. • Courteous, professional individual that is people/service oriented. • Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work evenings/weekends and travel out of town as necessary. • Self-motivated individual that works well independently. • Strong computer skills in database management, word processing and windows based software. • Ability to respond to changing priorities. • Ability to maintain positive and professional work attitude and working relationships with peers, colleagues, and customers. • Knowledge and understanding of best practices in customer service. • Three- years direct services experience in the supplier, hotel, meeting, or Bureau industry. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Marketing.
